Starting tomorrow I’m moving my Thursday night class to 7 pm instead of 5:30 pm. Starting in May I will also be adding a Monday night class at the same time. Both are at KamaDeva Yoga in East Hampton.
It’s been a struggle recently to find time for my own self-practice, meditation and study that I love. Thank goodness for the awesome classes I take at my home studio KamaDeva and for the classes offered at my workplace (I work for MINDBODY Online, the fitness and wellness business management software.)
